KING OF GERMANY (Ultra4) – Media Accreditation
Thank you for your interest in providing media coverage for the King of Germany (ULTRA4) or King of Poland (ULTRA4) race. To register as media, you must follow these rules and meet the Orga Team (Bernd Schäfer Motorsport) at the Event to get an permission.
PRESS & MEDIA RULES:
• All media must have an insurance, which hast o shown at the event
• Permit for camping must be requested
• NO COMPANY, MEDIA OR TEAM MAY USE FOOTGE FOR Commercial Advertising, Commercial Documentaries, Streaming, Television or Feature Films, Sell Photos/Video WITHOUT APPROVAL by the Orga
• RESTRICTED AREAS: start/finish, short course and rock sections, blind bends
• Any kind of radio controlled “drones”, “quadcopters”, or “helicopters” are strictly forbidden before, during and after any of the events
• REQUIRED BRIEFINGS: All credentialed media are required to attend a briefing prior to accessing the course and restricted areas of the race
• As media you have to bring a high-vis vest with „MEDIA or PRESS“ and your „FULL NAME“ printed on. The vest has to be worn during the whole event (24h), otherwise there will be no access to the event itself
• Accreditation fee: 1.000 Euros, which has to be payed at the event
If you break these rules you will be expelled from the event and there will be legal impblications by the organizers, which will include a fine. You will be banned including the publisihig company for all events of (Bernd Schäfer Motorsport / ULTRA4) in the future.
Thanks for takeing care to follow exactly these rules. Safety is the most important aspect at these events. So there is no excuse at any time not to follow these rules. There will be controls at the event by the Orga-Team.
