A valid identification document (ID card / driving license / passport) must be submitted as a deposit for the tracking system. If the transponder is lost, €500 must be paid.


Holder for the transponder can be purchased locally.

Event rules
1. Type of event
Off-road racing according to Ultra 4 / Rulebook Version 5.3 (see above)


2. Requirements for participation
Teams of all nationalities are eligible to take part, even without an FIA license (day license may be required). Drivers must have a valid driving license.


3.Event language
The event language is German.


4. Number of participants and class occupancy
All teams named in time are eligible to start. The organizer reserves the right to reject late entries.


5. Registration
Registration is done via the registration form on the website. This can  be filled out and submitted at https://kingofgermany.eu/de/Anmelden-Regieren/ . The closing date for entries is 2 weeks before the respective race date. Entries are valid upon receipt of the registration form and receipt of the entry fee. You will receive written confirmation of your registration.
Late entries at an increased entry fee are possible until the paper is accepted. The entry fee includes parking fees in the paddock for a transport vehicle (with trailer) and a service vehicle. It includes providing emergency services and rescue services.
Participants under the age of 18 require a declaration of consent signed by both legal guardians to register.


6. General rules of conduct
The instructions of the organizer and his representatives must be strictly followed. This applies for the entire duration and across the entire event area including the paddock and campsite. Driving on the competition site is only permitted at set times and only with competition vehicles.
Service vehicles may only enter and exit the event site with the express permission of the race director. Service vehicles must always have valid liability insurance (road registration and license plates). Drivers of service vehicles must have a valid driving license for the respective vehicle. Driving the service vehicles must be done slowly, carefully and considerately and must not influence the racing. The service vehicle must be clearly marked with the appropriate entry authorization.
There is an absolute ban on alcohol and drugs for all participants before and during the competition. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in disqualification. All drivers, passengers and vehicles participating in the event start at their own risk! No claims can be made against the organizer or a third person beyond the insurance benefits. For this purpose, an insurance acknowledgment must be signed by the driver and passenger before the start.
Only vehicles that have passed the technical inspection will be allowed to start. There is a speed limit of 10 km/h in the pit lane. If the limit is exceeded, you may be excluded from the event.


7. Mandatory stickers
The organizer can require the affixing of sponsor stickers according to the sticker plan. Self-promotion and competitive advertising are permitted.

9. Protest
The organization's decisions can be appealed against after depositing €500 within one hour of publication of the results. If the objection is approved, the €500 will be refunded. The arbitration tribunal made up of the race director, organizer, 3 active representatives and timekeeper decides on the objection.


10.Medical Care
All events are accompanied by commissioned medical services. The organizer assumes no liability for the medical services provided. Attention: Permanent illnesses (allergies, diabetes, etc.) must be reported to the accompanying paramedics before the event.


11. Emergency assistance / accidents
We believe that it is a matter of course for every participant to provide help in emergency situations and accidents.
